During the last week, from September 25th, 2023, to September 27th, 2023, at the Kikotrans Office and the Sacom Office of TEAM SOLUTION, we had an engaging and valuable SCRUM training Course under the guidance of Mr. DUONG CAT NGUYEN, an experienced expert in the field of SCRUM.
This SCRUM course helped our team gain a clearer understanding of the philosophy and processes behind SCRUM, as well as how to apply them to our daily work. We learned how to plan, monitor progress, and manage products more effectively.
The training session was not just about learning but also an opportunity to express our TEAMWORK for interaction and close collaboration with colleagues. We discussed real-life scenarios and found ways to enhance our work processes.
