Nguyen is Managing Director of TEAM Solutions Vietnam and is a key member of the Corporate's Executive board. Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in Software industry with extensive experience in the healthcare, insurance, and banking domains, working with both private and public sector clients.
Having worked onsite in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and locally with clients, so Nguyen has a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Nguyen does design strategies and set goals for growth, control budgets and optimize expenses, and ensure that employees are motivated and productive.
